<\/a>\u00a0Thank you\u00a0to our maybe 10 readers out there!\u00a0 We have had a lot of fun blogging and obsessing about food in Wisconsin so far.\u00a0 There is one more year on our bluehost account so I guess we will have to keep on going!\u00a0 As a special thanks we will be giving away\u00a0one pint\u00a0of Cooks’ Woods Maple syrup<\/a>, one of the last ones this year, to a special reader (US only).\u00a0 All you have to do is let us know\u00a0 (1) what your last meal would be or (2)\u00a0your\u00a0favorite way to enjoy maple syrup.\u00a0 The\u00a0lucky winner will be randomly chosen.\u00a0<\/p>\n (1)\u00a0 My last meal would have to be a bowl of hot, perfectly steamed jasmine rice with a fried egg on top (a little crunchy around the edges and the yolk just barely oozing out), a teaspoonful of bagoong (fermented anchovy paste), and a side of sliced tomatoes (no seeds).<\/p>\n (2)\u00a0 I love a thick challah french toast drowned in maple syrup!<\/p>\n (1)\u00a0 Keith: My last meal, margherita con salame pizza from Cafe Porta Alba<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n (2)\u00a0 I think pancakes, especially Leslie’s red velvet pancakes<\/a>, are the best accompaniment to maple syrup.<\/em><\/p>\n We can’t wait to hear yours.\u00a0 I’m expecting at least 10 comments \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
