everywhere.\u00a0 Right now there&#8217;s a lot of\u00a0sweet corn, eggplant, zucchinis\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/driftlessappetite.com\/?p=608\">what to do<\/a>?), and\u00a0tomatoes.\u00a0 I have been eating tomatoes everyday for the past two weeks.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve made tomato omelettes, tomato and cheddar cheese sandwiches, tomato sauce on pasta, tomato salad, BLT&#8217;s, fried tomatoes and salsa so far.\u00a0 Do you have any suggestions on how else I could possibly enjoy them?\u00a0\u00a0 The giant heirloom tomato (on the next page)\u00a0was the size of three fists.\u00a0 I used it to make a huge batch of salsa.<a href=\"http:\/\/driftlessappetite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/heirloomtomatosalsa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full Salsa<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<em>Ingredients<\/em>\u00a0<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<em>2 c. diced tomatoes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 large clove of garlic<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/4 of an onion<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/3 lime wedge<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 small\u00a0jalape\u00f1o<strong> <\/strong>pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>cilantro<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>salt<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dice the tomatoes.\u00a0 Press the garlic.\u00a0Chop the pepper and onions\u00a0into small pieces.\u00a0 If you want it less spicy, discard half or all of the\u00a0jalape\u00f1o<strong> <\/strong>seeds.\u00a0 Mix everything in a bowl.\u00a0 Squeeze the lime into the bowl, add some chopped cilantro, and some salt to taste.\u00a0 Eat!\u00a0 I would suggest\u00a0a really cold bottle of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.newglarusbrewing.com\/beers.cfm?BeerID=7\">Spotted Cow<\/a>\u00a0beer to wash it down.\u00a0 Ahh, the tastes of summer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
