Championship<\/a> in Mineral Point on Saturday April 21st.\u00a0 I&#8217;m especially excited about the event because my friend Caitlin and I will be\u00a0competing in\u00a0the amateur classic category.\u00a0 I think we&#8217;ve got a pretty good shot at winning \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 Pictured below is something I concocted for lunch (nothing at all like what we will be making at the
