The weather has been gorgeous.\u00a0 We left the windows open overnight.\u00a0 I was woken up by birds chirping and a cool breeze at\u00a0around 6AM.\u00a0 I felt\u00a0very energetic\u00a0and decided to head over to the Merry Christmas Mine Hill for a short hike.\u00a0 As I stepped outside, I was met with a heavy scent of apple blossoms.\u00a0 I put my headphones on\u00a0for some Verdi.\u00a0 Over the top and romantic.\u00a0 Perfect, I thought.\u00a0 So I walk down Spruce St. where Thomas the Old English Sheepdog never forgets to say hello.\u00a0 I saw some lilac bushes (more appropriate, trees!) starting to bloom.\u00a0 The town is\u00a0full of them.\u00a0 Some bleeding hearts and globe hyacinths.\u00a0 A short stop at the bridge between the two old willows where Brewery Creek runs where I observed some small plump clouds and blue sky through the curtains of yellow green.\u00a0 White flowers, yellow flowers, and trumpet flowers.\u00a0 At the top of the hill, there was a parade of apple trees with fat, white and light pink blooms.\u00a0 The arched wild raspberry vines made my mouth water at what’s to come later in the summer.\u00a0 The lush blades of grass were covered in dew drops and the wetness\u00a0had\u00a0permeated\u00a0my shoes.\u00a0 Time to sprint back home for some tea.\u00a0 Spring, you show off!<\/p>\n
