Hello there.\u00a0 I don’t know about you but\u00a0Keith and I have been busy with various projects, work and travel.\u00a0 In February, we got a little break from the brutal temperatures by spending a little time in San Francisco with good friends.\u00a0 While there, I almost cried at the sight\u00a0of a dandelion flower!\u00a0 I’m sure you are as happy as I am with this nicer spring weather.\u00a0 It has just been gorgeous out with that intense green.\u00a0 This evening, I made a beautiful rhubarb gin and tonic cocktail decorated with some wild violets that have been taking over the yard.<\/p>\n

Spring is my favorite season so I thought I would put together a top ten list of things to do in the next couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Go morel hunting.\u00a0 Check out this morel sightings<\/a> map.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Go to\u00a0a farmer’s market.\u00a0 Mineral Point Market<\/a> opens this Saturday!<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Make sugared violets<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Visit various artists studios through Clay in May<\/a>\u00a0this weekend.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0Take a cooking class at Campo di Bella<\/a>.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0\u00a0Make a spring bouquet.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Visit your favorite garden center.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 Go to Derby Day<\/a> at the Shed with\u00a0 food prepared by Enos Farms<\/a>.<\/p>\n
