Fat Daddy’s is a barbecue stand in Cobb Wisconsin, a small town between Dodgeville and Montfort.\u00a0 If you’re heading out that direction (going to Rural Route One Popcorn<\/a> or Wyalusing State Park<\/a>, for example) Fat Daddy’s is a great choice for lunch.\u00a0 I don’t know about you, but I’m a sucker for food from a cart or trailer.\u00a0 It was all the more exciting to find a roadside stand out here not<\/strong><\/em> selling brats. (I love brats, but there’s a brat stand every 10 miles).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We had a beef brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. We’d already eaten lunch when we stumbled on this place, so we didn’t get any sides.
